The service and these terms
BharuchJobs provides job discovery, company information, candidate profiles, applications and recruitment-management tools. The legal operator details are awaiting confirmation. These terms explain the conditions for using those features.
Employers make their own hiring decisions. BharuchJobs is not a party to an employment contract formed between a candidate and an employer. A listing or verification badge does not guarantee an interview, employment, a particular salary or the accuracy of every claim.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorized to operate. Do not impersonate another person or company. You must have the legal capacity and authority required for your use of the service. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Candidate applications
Check the employer, location, eligibility requirements and closing date before applying. Submit accurate profile information and a resume you are entitled to share. An application may be shared with the employer handling the vacancy, as described in the Privacy notice.
Archived vacancies are retained for reference and do not accept applications. Profile completion, account verification and approval may be required to apply. An employer can independently decline, change or close a hiring process.
Employer responsibilities
Post genuine vacancies with accurate duties, qualifications, compensation information where stated, work locations and deadlines. You must be authorized to recruit for the company you represent and comply with applicable recruitment and employment requirements.
Use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment purposes. Protect information you access or download, limit access to authorized people, and handle requests concerning your own copies. Do not sell candidate data, publish resumes without authorization, or use applicant details for unrelated marketing.
Employer submissions and edits may require moderation before publication. Keep vacancy information current and close jobs that no longer accept applications.
Prohibited conduct
Do not submit fraudulent or misleading vacancies, unlawful discriminatory content, malicious files, unauthorized personal information or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not harass users, send unsolicited bulk messages, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Report suspected scams or abusive listings using the reporting or contact tools.
Your content and public listings
You retain your rights in the content you submit. By submitting content, you authorize its storage, processing and display as needed to provide the features you use, including sharing applications with the relevant employer and displaying content you submit for public publication. This permission does not authorize unrelated use of private candidate data.
Public pages may be indexed or cached by search engines. Closing a vacancy can leave an archived reference page accessible. Removal from the portal does not automatically remove third-party copies or caches.
Moderation and availability
Listings or accounts may be restricted when information is inaccurate, verification fails, misuse is reported or these terms are breached. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons; do not rely on it as your only record of an application or interview.
Fees, external services and disputes
The portal currently describes candidate applications and employer job posting as free. A third party’s request for payment is not a BharuchJobs fee. Verify suspicious requests before sharing money or sensitive documents.
External company websites, meeting links and employer communications are managed by their respective operators. Contact BharuchJobs first about a concern with the portal so it can be investigated. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute is subject to applicable law and competent authorities; this notice does not impose a separate arbitration process.

Changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. For account closure or questions about stored information, use the contact details below and read the Privacy notice.
