This notice explains how personal information is handled through BharuchJobs, a local recruitment portal for candidates and employers. The legal operator details are awaiting confirmation. It covers accounts, profiles, applications, recruitment activity and support requests submitted through the portal.
Information and its purposes
- Account information: your name, email, phone number, password credentials and verification records support sign-in, account recovery, verification and service messages.

Who can see your information
Submitting an application shares your application details and the associated resume with the recruiting employer. Your profile visibility setting controls discovery through the portal, subject to approval rules. Disabling discovery does not withdraw applications or retrieve information an employer has already received.
Company profiles and public job descriptions may be visible to visitors and search engines. Platform administrators can access information needed for moderation, support and account management. Employers are responsible for their own handling of information they receive, including copies they download.
Service providers
Hosting, database, resume storage, email delivery, security and support systems process information needed to provide their functions. Their involvement depends on the deployed configuration.

You can edit profile information, change available visibility settings, manage job alerts and remove your current resume using account controls. The resume-deletion confirmation explains which stored references will be removed. Deleting a resume does not retrieve copies already downloaded by an employer.
Contact us to request access, correction, account closure or erasure, to withdraw permission for optional uses, or to raise a complaint. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some requests affect features that depend on the information, and certain records may need to be retained where applicable law requires it. Statutory rights and complaint routes depend on the law applicable to your request.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods for accounts, applications, resumes, support records, logs and backups are awaiting operator confirmation. No automatic account-deletion schedule is promised by this draft.
Archived public job descriptions can remain available after applications close. This does not make candidate applications or resumes public.
Security and changes
