Job description
1.0 To take plant round for monitoring of entire production operations and confirm quality conformance as per GMP. 2.0 To issue and control of SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, ECRs, logbooks and monthly formats as per procedure. Preparation of BPR and its issuance according to Daily Production Planning 3.0 To review BMRs, ECRs and analysis records before release of API. 4.0 Preparation of Technical package and DMF when required. 5.0 Preparation of SOPs, formats, protocols and report checklist etc. 6.0 To provide line clearance at the time of product changes over. 7.0 To monitor/Maintain/Review of Records and Handling of controlled / Retained samples of Finished API. 8.0 Review of batch record, Dispatch details, prepare label of Products, Checklist etc. 9.0 Issuance of logbooks and monthly formats its daily Checking. 10.0 Plan and monitor process validation activities to ensure timely and effective completion. 11.0 Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory guidelines, and company quality policies. 12.0 Identify and report any deviations or non-conformances from the standard operating procedures (SOPs). Investigate the root cause of these deviations and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions. 13.0 Prepare, review, and maintain the Validation Master Plan (VMP). 14.0 To Follow GMP, GLP, GDP & data integrity practices as per pharma regulations.
